Our Guidelines and Policies:
At EstheGlow, we strive to maintain a relaxing and calm environment for our guests. All appointment bookings require 50% of service NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold your reservation, which goes toward the total balance of your appointment.
Tardiness policy:
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you.
Cancellation Policy:
EstheGlow asks that you please be mindful of our time and yours, we ask that you call or email us at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule. Please note that your deposit will be kept towards your next appointment, except for "no call/ no shows."
No Shows:
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Please be mindful that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, not only do we miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time, but the opportunity for other guest on the waiting list to receive services. We understand that it may be easy to forget about appointments booked in advance, so we will text to confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance. However, if we're unable to reach you, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment times to avoid missed appointments and no show penalties. IF YOU ARE A "NO CALL/NO SHOW" YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF YOUR SERVICE.
